Located at Tower Road and Green Valley Ranch Blvd/48th Ave. in vibrant Northeast Metro Denver.

Our very own Green Valley Ranch Golf Club has been recently designated a "Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary" by the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program (ACSP), the educational division of Audubon International. To reach certification, a course must demonstrate that they are maintaining a high degree of environmental quality in a number of areas, such as environmental planning, wildlife and habitat management, outreach and education, chemical use reduction and safety, water conservation and water quality management.

Since the 1990s, HC Development Management Services, Inc. has been developing great communities throughout the metro Denver area. What defines a great community? For HC Development the answer exists in five core strategies great planning, great schools, great amenities, great events and great charitable giving. The end result is communities that have a sense of sustainable purpose. Places where individuals feel a part of something special where there are opportunities to explore, celebrate and prosper. We are committed to building great communities for people to live, work and play. For more information, visit Oakwood Homes at HomesPeopleLove.com
